As Executive Vice President and Director of Development, Paul C. Bernard oversees all of the aspects of tenant negotiations, marketing, project financial analysis and site planning for Eclipse Development Group. Mr. Bernard has been responsible for the successful deal-making of many major tenant leases across the spectrum of the Eclipse Development Group portfolio including; Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples, Babies R Us and many more.

Mr. Bernard has been with Eclipse Development Group since its inception in 2002 following a transition from his role as Executive Vice President with Ezralow Retail Properties. Mr. Bernard joined The Ezralow Company in 1999. Prior to that he served as a Executive Vice President of Sperry Van Ness retail division specializing in the disposition of regional and community shopping centers.

Mr. Bernard obtained a B.S. degree from California Polytechnic University at Pomona in Real Estate/Finance and Law. He is an active member of major trade organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
