As Chief Financial Officer, Peter J. Dunn is responsible for the direct oversight of the financial affairs of Eclipse Development Group. His oversight of all aspects of financing for the company’s projects has helped establish its track record of successful development ventures.

Mr. Dunn joined Eclipse Development Group in 2002 after an eleven-year career as controller/assistant CFO for Hughes Investments in Newport Beach, CA. Additional private industry experience includes three years as controller for Clayton, Williams & Sherwood, involved in development and management of residential rental property, and a year with the Irvine Company’s Community Development Division.

Mr. Dunn is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years experience in real estate accounting. His public accounting experience encompasses several years with both Kenneth Leventhal & Company and Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Dunn received his accounting degree from California State University at Long Beach and graduated with honors as the California Society of CPA’s Outstanding Senior Accounting Student.
