Derby Landing will be the long awaited re-development of one of the most storied and historic locations in the region. The City of Derby dates back to the mid 1600's as one of the original shipping grounds for early settlers. The community has grown and evolved over the decades and is now ready for the enrichment and improvement of this re-development zone to carry the City to a bigger and brighter future.

This property is located at the confluence of two major highways (Route 8; over 70,000 cars per day and Route 34; over 34,000 cars per day) as well as the Housatonic and Naugatuk Rivers. The site is also adjacent to the Derby Greenway and O'Sullivan's Island Park, highlighting the active lifestyle of the community. Access to and from the site is unparalleled with on and off ramps both north and south to Route 8 as well as signalized ingress and egress in multiple locations to Route 34. Route 34 will also be going through a major expansion on a parallel track with the redevelopment of the site increasing traffic and adding two signalized intersections for access into the development, and easing the bottleneck through the area and bringing more consumers to the development.
